Oreo Pie Crust

Ice Cream, I've Used Both Mint Chocolate Chip and Cookies and Cream (Equally Delish)

Cool Whip

Chocolate Syrup

How To Prepare...
Fill Oreo Pie Crust with Ice Cream
1.
Top Entire Pie with Cool Whip
2.
Drizzle Chocolate Syrup Over the Top
3.
Put Immediately in Freezer until Solid
4.
P.S. This Recipe Does Not Work Well the Next Day

Shoutout to my best friend Ali's beautiful mother, Mary Floyd, for these blocks of heaven. She used to make these for us every Halloween growing up and they taste like childhood to me.

Serves 8 - 10
What You Need...
4 Eggs
1.
1 2/3 Cups of Sugar
2.
1 Cup of Vegetable Oil
3.
16 oz Can of Pumpkin
4.
2 Cups of Flour
5.
2 Tsp Baking Powder
6.
2 Tsp Cinnamon
7.
1 Tsp Salt
8.
1 Tsp Baking Soda
9.
For the Icing: 3 oz of Cream Cheese, 1/2 Cups of Soft Butter, 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract, 2 Cups of Sugar

How To Prepare...
Beat Eggs, Sugar, Vegetable Oil and Pumpkin Together Until Light and Fluffy

Stir Together Flour, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Salt, and Baking Soda
2.
Add to Pumpkin Mixture, Stir Thoroughly
3.
Spread Batter in Un-Greased 9x13 inch Pan
4.
Bake at 350 Degrees for 30 Minutes
5.
Create Frosting Mixture, Adding the Sugar a Little at a Time, Beating well until Mixture is Smooth
6.
Spread Frosting on Bars Once they have Cooled
